The Eatrenalin Exclusive Dinner takes over two hours. All details are perfectly aligned. Lean back in your floating chair and experience a perfectly orchestrated arrangement, made of visual, acoustic, olfactory, gustatory and haptic elements. Our tip: In order to get attuned in the lounge and ending the evening in the bar, you might want to plan around three hours for your Eatrenalin visit.

Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé

Cuvée Rosé was created in 1968 from the boldness and unique savoir‑faire of Laurent‑Perrier. The aim was perfection at each stage of its making.

Its consistency, quality, aromas of fresh red fruits, pronounced intensity and freshness make it a highly regarded and recognised wine.

Ocean

Don Miguel Vineyard Albariño

The grapes used for Marimar Albariño actually come from a vineyard with a climate very similar to that of Galicia. Located in Green Valley, within the Russian River Valley, the vineyards are in the region's coldest and foggiest area. A climate similar to north-western Spain's has enabled the cultivation and ripening of a grape variety that, when handled with care, produces a wine offering joy, freshness and elegance. As part of the sustainability certification awarded by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance, the grapes are harvested by hand when they are healthy, ripe and consistent. After minimal pressing, the resulting must is fermented in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. The wine then remains on its lees in the same tanks until bottling

Umami

Ikekame Turtle Red 

Turtle Red is the quintessential Junmai Daiginjo with a twist. It is brewed using black koji, resulting in higher acidity. This gives the sake a wonderful freshness and clarity, balancing its intense aromas and structural depth. Offering something for everyone, this sake has notes of juicy black cherries and strawberries, with exotic hints of mandarin and pineapple, rounded off by elegant sandalwood and clove notes. A must-try for beginners and connoisseurs alike, Turtle Red can complement a wide range of dishes or be enjoyed on its own.

Universe

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG

An elegant and well-balanced structure. With a ruby red colour verging on garnet, it has intense and elegant aromas with hints of violets, undergrowth and spices. It is full of finesse with firm, velvety tannins and a long, deep finish.

The Vino Nobile Riserva Bossona is one of the finest wines produced in the Montepulciano DOCG region. Its grapes come from the eponymous vineyard, one of the region's finest, which was planted in 1961 by Caterina’s grandfather, Alibrando. The wine became a Riserva in 1999, undergoing extended ageing in wooden barrels and in the bottle. It is undoubtedly one of the estate’s flagship wines and a symbol of the elegance and grace of Sangiovese in Montepulciano. Yields are very low (around 40 quintals per hectare), and the wine is only bottled under the Bossona Riserva label in the finest vintages.

Gewürztraminer Auslese

Matthias Wolf, director of Schloss Ortenberg, is at the helm of a very special viticultural project together with cellar master Hanspeter Rieflin and the entire team. As Germany’s largest municipal winery, Schloss Ortenberg is owned by the Ortenau district and the city of Offenburg, and thus has both the mandate and the means to achieve something extraordinary. As well as cultivating a wide variety of grapes, the estate grows its own varieties and employs people with disabilities all year round. The result is impressive across the board: High-quality regional wines that are recommended in renowned guides such as Gault&Millau and Falstaff. This delicate Gewürztraminer captivates the senses with its aromas of lychee, roses, citrus fruits, cloves and aniseed, offering a wonderfully harmonious experience.

Geiger Cuvée No. 29

Cuvée No. 29 from Jörg Geiger is an alcohol-free, sparkling fruit PriSecco (carbonated fruit juice) made from pear, apple and rosehip, combining a delicate rose and apple aroma with notes of ripe apricot, peach, honey and exotic fruits (mango, papaya). The taste is mature, rich and complex with a delicate rose aroma and refreshing acidity.

Ocean

LÚVO Green tea x hop blossom

The basis of this Green Label composition is pure Black Forest spring water, in which high-quality Japanese Sencha green tea is cold macerated. This particularly gentle process preserves the freshness, depth and green tea aromas in their entirety.

We then refine it with selected orchard fruit juices, herbs, spices and dried fruits. Hop blossom rounds off the profile with a malty depth and an invigorating, delicately tart bitter note – clear, complex and uncompromisingly dry.
After careful clarification and maturation, the composition is finely carbonated – for a lively, non-alcoholic Secco full of character and freshness.

Universe

Cuvée Rouge | Dornfelder – Regent

Strictly speaking, this blend of Dornfelder and Regent grapes is something of a masterpiece by Andreas Diehl. He has been working with alcohol-free wines for years. During this time, he has learned numerous methods for removing alcohol from wine. However, the experimental winemaker then had a change of perspective, deciding that the focus should be on creating an alcohol-free drink with the character of wine.
