The new, unique menu concept from Eatrenalin

Eatrenalin uniquely combines cuisine and presentation, elevating this interplay to create an immersive experience that appeals to all senses.
The menu concept continues the culinary tradition of Eatrenalin, offering a fine dining experience created by Culinary Director Peter Hagen-Wiest and other Michelin-starred chefs. This combines the distinctive styles of award-winning cuisines. Renowned Austrian guest chefs Hans Neuner and Dieter Koschina will each create a course for the new menu of the multi-sensory experience, which will be presented starting 25. June.

Peter Hagen-Wiest helped shape Eatrenalin even before it opened, providing culinary advice. After thirteen successful years at Ammolite – House of Light, eleven of which holding two Michelin stars, Peter Hagen-Wiest now also acts as culinary director at Eatrenalin since May 2025. For his menus, the two-star chef invites fellow top chefs to create unique experiences together.

Hans Neuner’s cuisine is characterised by creative culinary journeys that blend Portuguese cuisine with international influences. Originally from Tyrol, he has led the two-Michelin-starred Ocean Restaurant since 2007 and is widely regarded as one of Portugal’s most prominent chefs. In addition, Hans Neuner is competing in a culinary showdown with Roland Trettl on the current season of the TV cooking show “Kitchen Impossible”.

With great curiosity, a cosmopolitan flair and a keen sense of presentation, Hans Neuner presents his interpretation for the Ocean space.

Dieter Koschina combines exceptional product quality with precision craftsmanship and subtle flavours, drawing on decades of experience at the very highest level. The Vorarlberg-born chef has been making his mark on the world of top-class international gastronomy for more than 25 years with his multi-award-winning restaurant, Vila Joya.

For the Incarnation room, Dieter Koschina has created a dessert that combines elegance with a touch of playfulness.
